On December 16, 2023, Harbor House hosted its annual Christmas Store. The Store was an empowering opportunity for parents from our community to select toys for their children, purchase them at greatly reduced prices ($2 per toy), and experience the joy of watching their children open a gift that they had chosen on Christmas morning.  All proceeds raised from the store provided financial assistance to families with urgent needs.  

During the Spring of 2023, we threw parties at homes in Martinez, Oakland and Orinda. Guests heard inspiring updates directly from program participants and staff, learned how our Christ-centered, relational, and empowering approach to community development is changing lives and were given the chance to take action to invest in the flourishing of youth and their families in Oakland.

Harbor House celebrated its 50th Birthday with a 50 Days of Jubilee campaign to continue the liberating work of education, leadership development, spiritual formation, and food access for refugees, immigrants, and low income families.
