Harbor House is located in the lower San Antonio district, one of the most diverse neighborhoods in Oakland. Most of the children we serve attend Franklin Elementary, a school where 83% of students are eligible for free and reduced lunch and 60% are English Language Learners. Most of our teens attend Oakland High, a school where 87% of students are eligible for free and reduced lunch and 25% are English Language Learners. We serve refugees, immigrants, and low-income families. The beautiful diversity of the Harbor House family is one of our biggest assets.
